Eric S Lee has co-owed five restaurants in Colorado.  Along with enjoying cooking at home, he loves playing, coaching and watching sports and spending time connecting with the outdoors hiking and camping in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Eric is a fitness and sports trainer and also a personal empowerment coach, helping individuals realize and manifest their innermost dreams. He has three beautiful children Erica, Forrest and Justin.
