 This is the first in our series of deciphering Gary Chapman's classic, "The 5 Love Languages."
Chapman's premise is time tested and true it states that we all feel love in five distinctly differ forms.
The Love Language we will look at today is Time. If you are trying to seduce your lover or romance her simply to make her feel special it is critical to understand how she interprets the signals you are sending.
If time is her primary love language and you are sending her a bouquet of roses after not seeing her and spending quality time with her your gesture will not sink in and have its desired effect. Its not that she's an "unappreciative bitch" its simply that she's wired to feel more special if you were actually there, giving her the flowers then taking a leisurely walk, talking to each other and sharing each other's presence.
The beauty of "Sweeping Her Off Her Feet With Food" is that many of the romantic concepts, romantic tips and scenarios are designed to communicate in multiple Love Languages simultaneously. It doesn't have to be complicated, walks in the park, turn off the TV and have a sincere talk and listen to her...listen to her!
The major commitment I recommend is to schedule this special time together and do so consistently over a period of a few months and watch your bond grow deeper and feel the sparks begin to ignite more frequently and with an intensity you may have never dreamed possible!
 Ask any relationship therapist, sex expert, or person in a happy relationship the keys to romantic bliss and seduction and surely communication will come up at the top of their list. That is EFFECTIVE communication.  Remember the movie, "What Women Want?" Where Mel Gibson is magically gifted with the ability to hear everything the women around him are thinking. This puts him at an extreme advantage in business and love...especially LOVE! Today we are going to remake this story and place you as the star. Let's start with a little quiz From the book, What Women Want to see if you are ready. Ok, here goes; Which of the following spontaneous gestures do you think a woman would find most romantic? a) Bouquet of flowers b) A surprise date c) A hidden note d) chocolates or candy e) A greeting card f) Jewelry g) A surprise phone call If you answered "C" congrats! You are a regular Romeo of romance! 40% of the over 1,100 women surveyed agree with you. Flowers was a distant second with 28%. It seems that a lot of the women indicated that their feelings are being triggered two-fold. First, the women loved the element of surprise of the gesture and second was the fact that it was created with his own two hands with feelings expressed from his heart. One woman went on to say, "A woman wants to feel that you love, cherish and care for her and her alone..." Writing a personal note is a simple yet powerful way of conveying that message and making her feel "romanced". Success coach Nicola Jackson says, "For a woman, romance and sex go hand-in-hand. My philosophy is to try and take it a little further by employing what I call "Romantic Equity," which is consistently surprising her with, notes, text, emails, the verbal expression of my affection and appreciation of her, her favorite chocolates, and especially my secret weapon, the home cooked gourmet meal at least once per week. What I find is that I, am the one who consistently needs to be well rested because it seems that she wants me "in a romantic way" at least as often as I can handle it.

 I asked a client the above "title" question this morning and the first thing out of her mouth was, "The day my kids were born." Without hesitation, the second answer was, "The day I met Marlin!" The man who would eventually become the love of her life. What she remembered most about that day was the smile he gave her.
